SoMi Connect is a convenient tool developed by the City of South Miami for reporting non-emergency issues promptly. This iPhone application allows users to report various concerns like potholes, graffiti, damaged street signs, street maintenance, damaged trees, park maintenance, and abandoned vehicles while on-the-go. Utilizing GPS technology, SoMi Connect identifies the user's location and provides a menu of common quality-of-life problems to choose from.
By simply marking the location on the map, answering a few questions to detail the issue, and optionally attaching a photo, residents can efficiently communicate with the City authorities.
